Mark helped my family and I buy a new house and sell our old house. He listened carefully to what our needs were. He was very patient as we looked at houses. He guided us and offered advice when we were uncertain about a house and if it would fit our needs. I highly recommend Mark Wise whether you are buying or selling a house. He is honest and professional and easy to work with!
After outgrowing the house we were living in, my family and I decided it was time to find a newer and larger home. We needed help in finding that home and we had some special needs to contend with as well. We met Mark Wise at an open house and he turned out to be the person to guide us through finding our new home. Mark spent time with the family to find out what our needs were and what we were looking for. We spent a lot of time looking at some possibilities and finally found that one house that worked for us. After we bought the house, I asked Mark to help me sell our current home. He spent time assessing the market in our area and helped me to prepare our house to sell quickly and for a good price. The response after our house went on the market was overwhelming! We had many offers and it sold for well over the asking price! I can highly recommend Mark Wise as a knowledgeable and caring agent who does whatever it takes to take care of his client. He strives to help everyone find out what they want and need in today's challenging housing market.
